I got done with it and knew the information within it covered more than just the subject it was written about. You see, it is a book that addresses Pornography addictions. However, it addressed the reason I had my addiction - food!
I told my best friend about it. She was shocked saying, "Why are you giving me a book on pornography addiction.? My husband and I don't have a problem with that." I told her, "This is the best DIET book I ever read! Just take out the word pornography and insert the habit or craving you need to work on." She read it and agreed.
